Yes. But his San Diego portion has many gov’t employees and retirees, and the more Issa goes on about shutting down gov’t, the more blowback he’ll get.
Issa didn’t even get 51% in the primary.
I expect the race to be a close one.
In the 2014 general election Issa got 60% of the vote:
That year in the primary he got almost 62% of the primary vote:
So I propose that Issa may be in trouble.
