For both sides, the violence, when it comes - and I agree it is coming - will be cathartic.

This Friday will be instructive. If the leftist protesters get out of hand, it will be very interesting to see the reaction of Bikers for Trump.

I have to admit that watching a biker pull an Altamont on some blue-haired social justice warrior would, at some level, be deeply satisfying.*

This past summer, when the left was disrupting the Trump rallies, beating people outside, etc., I seethed. The* people who did that need to be dealt with, for they cannot be reasoned with. We are entering an era of pure power politics; persuasion has already gone out the window as most are sealed in their airtight political bubbles, taught and believing that the others in their bubble epitomize pure evil. All that matters, in this environment, is who wins.

It’s the left’s move, and everything will depend on what they do.

This is why I like Trump more and more nowadays, even though I didn’t vote for him.

Republicans have needed to push back for years against the John Lewises of the world, but they’ve either been too scared to do it because of an adverse media reaction, or they genuinely believe that John Lewis should be immune from all criticism because of something that happened 50 years ago.*

Either way, John Lewis has had it coming for a long time and I respect Trump for not being afraid to slaughter some sacred cows.
