If they were smart they’d aim for healthy weight and not just anti-obesity. Lot of eating disorders out there.

people are way fat…to fat to sit in a chair, sorry…airlines?, too bad…can’t fit in an ambulance?…whoops…we need to be practical as a culture, not suffer the obese with tough love, that’s for others
