This past summer, an amendment by Sen. Tom Coburn (R-Okla.) was adopted by the Senate health committee by a 12-11 vote with an assist by Sen. Barbara Mikulski (D-Md.) and proxy votes by Sens. Edward Kennedy (D-Mass.) and Chris Dodd (D-Conn.).

I actually am angry though, at the hypocrisy here from the Democrats. I’m a big supporter of reform and the EVOL SOSHULIST OBAMMAKARE, but they’re being their usual incompetent selves.
