I’m not “relying” on Schindler’s opinions. I never did. I’ve always thought there was something very hinky about Snowden, a low-ranking contractor, and the motives of Greenwald and Poitras, and their subsequent actions. It’s very easy for ex-pats like those 2 to criticize this country and push their own self-colored opinions since they obviously have little to lose by doing so. By pushing their own motives in “protecting” and elevating Snowden to some kind of perverted “martyrdom” and “sainthood”, they’ve handily manipulated the narrative surrounding this entire body of treason. They’re clever, but it almost rises to the level of a Machiavellian plot. Almost.
