I’ve suspected for a while that he’s split up with his wife. It’s just not normal for a brand new father to spend as much time away from home as he has, and he’s said a few things on Facebook that could be taken as evidence.

Since his wife’s family was the source of his money (to begin with, anyway), it’s possible that she decided to make a break from the Furby because he’s clearly involved in a lot of shady dealings and is very likely to end up in serious legal trouble eventually.

I would imagine his quixotic attempts to sue Twitter, Facebook and Gawker, and the constant traveling around the world would get old really fast. And WeSearchr is a lawsuit waiting to happen.
