Haha. All jokes aside. Judge Jackson to me fits the mold perfectly. She’s an experienced circuit judge. She also clerked for Justice Breyer. But I’m sure there are a lot of names I haven’t heard or thought about because I hadn’t thought of the New Jersey SCOT judge mentioned. I think Biden will be good at this part of the job. He’s been intimately part of the judicial confirmation process.

I’m kind of keen on Judge Humetewa in the Arizona District. Obama appointee, first Native American woman on the federal bench. What decisions I can find by her seem promising. But I don’t practice in Arizona, so I don’t know what kind of judge she has been.
