I have only complained twice: once when there was green scum in the shower stall and a second time when we got bedbugs from staying at a vacation cabin.

I’ve lost count over the years of those with what I call the “laundry list,” i.e. the people who have spent their stay compiling a list of complaints (many of them petty) that they only unleash towards the end of their stay in order to make the staff appear negligent/incompetent in a clear effort to get compensation of some kind.
