I was thinking about that the other day. When almost any plane crashes, the NTSB is called out, no matter what the country. Is that changing under Trump?

If the plane is American-made, then the NTSB may be invited to join the investigation. Sometimes it could help lead due to expertise and lack of same in the country where the crash occurred or the operator of the airline.

The builder of the airline will also participate in the investigation.

Under Trump we have a vacancy at the head of the FAA, and interim leadership positions from the top down. He’s undermining public safety.
