I offer up this logic: the reason for all the gold ads appearing on FOX during shows like Beck’s is simply that’s where the audience is. Doomsayers tune in to negative news programs like Beck’s. Besides, in a bad economy gold tends to sell. I certainly don’t think there’s any conspiracy going on.
