A couple of things. If it wasn’t clear how many people were shooting, did some of hem flee the scene? Can’t they look at the picture/video?
I don’t care if he wandered into the firing area, the guys with the guns should know where their bullets are going. If they couldn’t see a man, how could they see their targets?
