I have a friend I mainly get to see on Discord who agrees with you, because she thinks that Trump pardoning him would be pulling the pin on a grenade of citizen direct action that could only lead to his ouster.

I’m not so confident the envelope with the pardon in it isn’t already sealed and just waiting to be couriered off to Manafort’s warden.
