That seems brain-free, but it expresses the foundational idea of the Anarchist Right: The United states is to be rendered ungovernable.

Considering that it’s written by the lawyer who just spewed the incomprehensibly bad “letter to please let me recoup my lawyers’ fees for this case I worked pro bono”, Mr. Paul M. Davis, the guy who was fired by his law firm and is currently trying not to get his ass arrested by the Capitol Police for participating in the 1/6 insurrection, “brain-free” is very generous.
