re: #23 iceweasel

And of course Breitbart worked with Drudge originally. I think you’re the one who told me that initially?
Drudge hasn’t moved or evolved netwise. that site still looks like shit and like the chain email it originally was. That’s part (I assume) of why Brietbart is moving up.
Speaking of Murdoch, the WSJ editorial page is now completely wingnut. Holy shit, some crazy stuff there the last few days. Wanted to do a page about two of them but I’ve been so busy.

There’s some Very Serious Person mainstreaming the claim that the NAACP is raaacist and we don’t need it or any other such organisations now. The only racism now is the Unbearable Heaviness of Being a White Male, or something.

Someone else told me about Breibart joining up with Drudge. Not sure what the chronology of that is. I have a sneaking suspicion that there might be more to that relationship and I’ll leave it at that.

The WSJ editorial has gone down the toilet and is getting more crazy over time. Not old school intellectual conservatives. It’s sort of what happened with National Review and it turned into NRO trying to find appeal with the online wingnuts as well as providing some pseudo-highbrow reading.

Nothing is more pathetic than those that try to claim white male victimhood. Along those lines are “reverse racism” and people always crying about people or groups pulling “the race card.” Breitbart pulled the race-card in his own strange manner and failed. The far-right is constantly pulling “the race card.” Are they that blind and don’t see it in groups like the CCC, Vdare, Minutemen, or in many of the Tea Party events?
