Yeah, looks like it’s a guy who definitely has a resemblance to Chuck Norris, but there’s enough difference that you could tell it’s not Norris if you’re really observant.

If that dude is not Chuck Norris, he seems to be trying pretty hard to imply he is Chuck Norris. The real Chuck Norris might have grounds to sue on some basis.
Yesterday somebody posted a picture of a guy that looks like Bernie who wore a shirt with big letters, “I am not Bernie”. This seems like the better approach.
