Today is the day that the Supreme Court hears oral argument in the case that will end the constitutional right to abortion. Frankly, I hope they explicitly reverse Roe, rather than gut it while pretending its still good law. That is the slap in the face the country needs to wake up to the fascist threat to democracy.

They will find some way of leaving it stand while making it moot and unenforceable…for the very reason you mentioned.
