As a moderate, I could just as easily say your comment is cynical, although I’d leave off the asshole tag. I see it as a pragmatic move. Give the other side a tax cut to embrace, ban the ear marks to take that issue off the table, and post how the money is spent on the Net. In my opinion, it is a outreach to address the concerns of the right, but I’m too left of you guys to judge the effectiveness of his approach.

I was overly harsh…obviously some of us on the right have issues but it is only fair to see what it is and how it plays out…I’d like to see how the will be spent posted…some transparency would be nice for a change
