Here’s one for you that I’ve wrestled with all my life. We’re Catholic, and I got in one hellacious argument with our Monsignor about original sin. Asked him if our daughter (older one, at the time) was born a sinner. He said yes, and I asked him just what sin she committed—being born? Never got a satisfactory answer there.
