Well, this was my week to provide the main course for my neighborhood’s roving meal. For 10 households, I had prime rib so tender it would yield to a harsh glance, roasted asparagus with some sorta’ Parmesan concoction, thin slices of taters in a creamy dill sauce and freshly baked bread.
Catering: it’s what’s for dinner.
Oh man. I’m hungry again.
