A lot of good common sense provisions IMHO. Certainly it could go further in my mind but it takes some important steps. I particularly like the re-licensing provision. But it may also be a cause for concern. Gun owners may avoid seeking mental health care if they believe it may result in them losing their license. A bit of a conundrum I would say.
