Oh, he’s still controversial. The Left doesn’t like him, and the Right is befuddled.

To be fair, the only real complaint I saw was from NOW who think he’s an empty slate on women’s issues which I must confess confusion to since I thought he would have an extensive record on that since he’s been on the bench since Clinton was president. I get emails from the HRC. Theirs wasn’t a tact endorsement of him per say but more so what I’ve been saying since Obama announced he would replace Scalia and that’s the man deserves a fair hearing.
