The thing to remember about Flake is that he got elected as a Tea Partier, so expecting him to be against the Tea Party agenda is nonsensical. Simply hating Trump doesn’t make you not an asshole.

Flake’s only objection to Trump is his style and not his policies. I am sure that Flake favors polite racism and bigotry, as practiced by William Buckley — code words for the sentiment as opposed to explicit obscenities.
