Someone on a forum where I dropped the bombshell dug that up, didn’t see that clarification in the thread, so dropped it there for completeness. No criticism intended.

No worries. The initial tweets/reports didn’t distinguish between the NYSBA action and that of an actual disbarment proceeding against Rudy by the Appellate Division. The former doesn’t mean the latter.
