I sure wouldn’t mind the recipe for that, if you’re so inclined. That looks delish.

OK here is for everyone:

INGREDIENTS
1 6-7 lb French Roast or Brisket
1.5 Tbsp kosher salt
1 tsp. coarse (freshly ground) black pepper
1 red bell pepper, sliced
1 green bell pepper, sliced
2 large sweet onions, sliced
5 cloves garlic, chopped
1 14.5 oz can crushed tomatoes
1 12 oz can tomato puree
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. cider vinegar
1/2 c. dry red wine

Preheat oven to 325°

Rub meat with kosher salt & black pepper.
Spread sliced peppers, onions & garlic on the bottom of a heavy roasting pan. Place meat on top of the vegetables.
Combine crushed tomatoes, puree, brown sugar, vinegar & wine. Pour over meat.
Cover and bake for 3 hours. Turn the meat over after 1 1/2 hours.
When meat is done (fork will slide in easily), remove from oven & let stand until cool enough to touch.
Refrigerate overnight.
Before serving, slice into thin strips. Reheat in oven at 300° for 30 minutes.

I don’t know how to make it on the grill or in a smoker because I have never tried that but I am sure you can find instructions online.
