Reid passed it off as a standlone bill…the idea being that the cost would not count against BO’s infamous promise of reform not adding to the deficit…you damn well know this…it’s deceitful and bogus

Fixing a 10 year old problem with medicare payments to doctor was not, nor is not part of health insurance reform, connecting the two is deceitful and bogus, not the other way around.
