I was just thinking as I was reading the over night comments how much crazy crap is coming so fast it is hard to take it all in and process just how bad it is. I was asking myself how do you keep going instead of getting worn down by the onslaught.

Breathe. Take a moment every so often to think of something else, maybe something pleasant and then go back to thinking how you go about dealing with the depressing news.

Good advice. Hard to do, but it is good advice.

And I do believe this is a large part of the Bannon plan…the blitzkrieg. Throw so much change, cutting staffs and cutting programs so fast there is no way to keep up on it all. There are not enough groups, committees, organizations, lobby groups to keep up with it as it all is burnt down.

Okay…time to breathe…again.
