I have one of them electric sharpeners (not the Japanese blade one). It works pretty good for me. I have all Victorinox blades so I’m not too picky on how they look at home. I bought a real expensive chef knife once that my wife gouged the fuck out of butchering a deer. So I learned my lesson. :D
