I don’t see how people who complained about intimidation when a Black Panther showed up with a billy club for political theater at a polling place can support someone who’s carrying a gun for political theater near a Presidential appearance.

If 1% of the voters in Philly had brought their guns, the Black Panthers would have hidden their clubs, and themselves.

The Second Amendment is about defending the civil rights of the law-abiding citizenry (“the security of a free state”). It’s a safe bet that’s not what the Black Panthers were about on Election Day.
