I know it’s based on a comic book, but could the writers throw a bone toward real life? How did Danny end up traveling from the Himalayas to the USA with (a) no money (b) no passport (c) no decent clothes (d) no common sense? He’s been gone 15 years and somehow expects everyone to recognize him with a full beard and hippie clothes that probably smell as bad as they look. He goes three days only eating a hero sandwich his panhandler friend got him. If I were a billionaire son coming back after being presumed dead, I’d at least spruce myself up a bit, because common sense would say no one running a multinational corporation is going to believe a guy dressed like a bum is the heir to the company.
