The scientists know better. We just figured out how to do a telescope that essentially is the diameter of the earth.

Now we can get greater precision with more instruments coming online and with better resolution with different wavelengths.

We can reproduce this. That’s how science is done.

And a lot of people are spoiled by scifi that created images that appear more realistic than what actual scientific research has uncovered.
