They’re funded by the Knight Foundation (of Knight newspapers?) Looks Center-left to me. Have the wingnuts been quoting or attacking them? Could also be some name confusion out there—all the really good “Freedom”, “Liberty”, “Heritage”, “Family” names are taken.
