When I get angry, it tends to be hard to force me out of it. Usually, a person just needs to let me run myself down by just letting me attack the thing I am pissy at until I get tired of doing so,

If 17 years driving a taxi didn’t make me cynical, nothing will. For me cynicism is death, darkness, the absence of hope. That’s not a place I choose to live, though I do visit occasionally.

Anger is only useful if you can control & direct it effectively.
