All done. It goes fast when you’ve had 29+ years of practice chopping onions for your wife. I had to use the water trick because I couldn’t find the goggles. (if you wash the saline out of your eyes with plain water before you chop, they won’t sting because plain water doesn’t react to form an acid when encountering onion fumes while saline solutions do.)

If I had to chop onions, I wouldn’t, but if I did, I’d pluck my eyes out first.

Me hates onions.
