So, yes or no questions:

1) Has the Special prosecutor law been allowed to expire?

2) Would it require an Act of Congress to allow a Special Prosecutor to be appointed to take over the FBI investigation?

1. Yes
2. The AG has the current authority. Congress would have to do its job. Which is going to take pressure from us.
