I’m curious to see if Comey’s testimony actually moves the needle. My sense of it is that the testimony is going to confirm preexisting opinions, and not much more. I think it’ll be useful to keep an eye on conservative outlets in the next couple of days, to see if the dam really is breaking.

I sense that it won’t change minds. Trump wasn’t wrong when he said he could shoot someone and not lose votes. Those people are LOCKED IN.

What it may do is move leaners, people who weren’t willing to believe Comey’s account second- or third-hand.
