Waiting to see if ACLU will weigh in on the raid of Michael Cohenโs office and home. If govโt can seize privileged communication between a client and lawyer, what civil liberties are left? Hate @realDonaldTrump if you must, but 4th and 5th amendments shouldnโt be shredded.

1. A federal judge would have approved warrant.
2. Warrant would have included special procedures for handling privileged materials.
3. Taint team.
4. If evidence used, defendant(s) will have chance to challenge.
5. Judge again.
Rights not shredded. Justice system in motion. https://t.co/dPc2dzPMpMโ Carrie Cordero (@carriecordero) April 10, 2018
