I think we would actually have to pass a constitutional amendment stating that the president and vice president are required to sell everything down to a single home, mutual funds, and cash in order to take the oath to prevent having what Trump has.

Maybe one or two single-family-at-the-largest homes in resort sites as well. As long as they’re not rented at anything above market value for the area and are only rented to people who either aren’t government employees or don’t know the First Family owns it.

That ski condo, or small ski home, would be nice to be able to return to at the end of the term, even if the Secret Service would never let them occupy it as president.
