Fear has been Trump’s con all along and this time fear is his achilles heel as his base support knows they are in the highest risk pool to get sick and die. This means more scrutiny placed upon Trump as well as blame as people and their families fall victim. Poor government policy and defunding services that help fight these sorts of pandemics will be his legacy and there is nothing Trump can do to separate himself from his actions because he himself built the tower of Fear. It will fall down upon him.

Fear of Death could well begin to overwhelm their racism and xenophobia. Ebola was seen as an “African Disease” but Corona virus seems to be a lot more color-blind.
