There were multiple reports of people being trampled. The terror of being fired upon by persons unknown and the fear of needing to get away likely led to many others getting injured - whether broken bones, lacerations, or much worse.

Looking at the photos of the concert venue (?? an open-air “arena” ??)
it looks to have been pretty crowded with 22,000 people in it: presumably standing - hard to see how any shooter could miss hitting someone with that level of target density. But yeah, a panicked stampede would be just as deadly.
