I would have to go find the polls, but this (DK link), from Richard Ojeda, who’s running for the office, is nuts if true:

This time last year, an R + 23 district that voted for Donald Trump overwhelmingly by 50 points would have never been seen as a chance to flip the House. After a year of fighting, talking with voters, putting boots on the ground and never giving up, the polls are in and we ARE winning in West Virginia.

Our race has been moved to a Toss-Up and will be one of the biggest upsets and shockers of the 2018 midterm election.
