Interesting piece on HuffPo about a progressive movement to fight conservatives in court using textualism in cases.

Should be interesting to see how this plays out.

Why concede that to conservatives when the god-emperor of both originalism and textualism, Scalia, ignored half the text of the second amendment to get to a result (individual right to keep and bear arms, totally unconnected to any form of militia) the founders would have loathed?
