College dropout to oversee scholars. Destruction of government institutions has long been the GOP’s goal.

I have nothing against dropping out of college, particularly since I didn’t go at all. But I wouldn’t appoint me to the Smithsonian Institute either.

He not only dropped out I believe he was disciplined for dishonesty in a college election.
