For the banks/mortgage holders, first off.

What does “householders” mean? Does this mean owners, renters, or both? If it means both, it’s disastrous for landlords.

And if it is true, it means that there will be a vast number of people getting kicked out of their homes on September 1st and dumped onto the streets.
