It’s difficult not to get angry. And what happens as people begin to write in anger, they will sometimes become less and less clear about the point they are trying to make, leading to more anger, etc.

I can’t tell you how many times what’s in my head is:
argh! *#^)*^#^&*(&*!@###@$$

But I try not to write it out.

Which is why I logged off last night.
