That’s kind of disgusting, considering that having a Jewish-sounding name is usually what gets you into hot water with antisemites everywhere and at all times. So what’s Pam’s suggestion for her fellow Jews she disagrees with (and usually then slanders as being “jewicidal jews”)? Write under a more muslish sounding pseudonym?
