Basically, the Supremes have ruled that the 2nd Amendment guarantees an individual right, the same Court that ruled the Affordable Care Act constitutional. Either we live under a rule of law and both sides accept these kinds of judgement calls no matter which side of them we’re on, or we all just admit to being partisan hacks.
