Who decides what’s false? In some states just feeling threatened by someone’s actions and demeanor is assault—a police matter. How the hell else do you get to stand your ground? A dipshit with a long gun locked and loaded in a restaurant is legal until he pulls the trigger. At that point the silent bystanders have failed their duty to stop a massacre.

The courts decide. It’s very illegal and I’m sure there are extra charges if someone gets killed.
