Considering Russia’s interference, I think at the this point the US should strip the Russian Orthodox Church in the US of its tax exempt status, and make it register under the Foreign Agents Registration Act if the Russian Orthodox Church is organized in such a way that money and information from the Church in the US flows back to Patriarch Kirill.
