China can absorb the pain more - and they can cover it up far more effectively than Trumpworld could.

We have more transparent economic data, and all the data is showing that Trump’s trade war is heavily damaging the agricultural sector and is causing a slowdown in the economy. It’s not going to get better with further currency manipulations or interest rate cuts by the US either. It’s going to lead us into a recession because Trump’s actions destabilize and cause chaos - the opposite of what companies want (stability and consistent policies). Companies are looking to preserve their wealth and avoid the storm, so they’re not coming back to the US. They’re going elsewhere - shifting production and reducing inventory.

None of this is good.

But Trump thinks this is winning.

Trump is the same fucknut who bankrupted casinos 6 times. He’s the same guy who failed at football, airlines, liquor, steaks, and even water.
