For those worried about Manchin and Sinema voting against Biden’s SCOTUS nominee, Biden got 42 federal judges confirmed his first year, the most in decades, and neither one of them voted no on any of them. Collins, Murkowski and Graham also voted for most of Biden’s nominees. My guess is that Harris won’t have to cast a tie breaking vote to confirm Biden’s pick. fivethirtyeight.com
